At Brampton we believe that the wearing of a school uniform contributes to the children’s sense of belonging to the school community and makes life a lot easier for parents trying to get children ready for school.
Pupils at Brampton Primary School are encouraged to take pride in their general appearance and acceptance of a place for your child assumes that you will support the school’s policy. We expect that all children will be wearing the correct school uniform when they arrive at school in the mornings.

For Health and Safety reasons it is essential that no jewellery or inappropriate clothing is worn in P.E. lessons.
If for any reason, your child is not able to wear the correct uniform to school, please send a letter to Mrs Kettory explaining the reasons. If a letter is not received, a member of staff will phone home and ask the parents to bring the correct uniform into school.
Book bags and P.E bags are on sale at school at the prices below:
Book bags £5.00 each
P.E bags £4.00 each
From Monday 28th September, children not wearing correct school uniform will be sent home with a reminder slip. Children who continue to come to school inappropriately dressed may be asked to change into spare school uniform.
Thank you for your support with this.
