Brampton Primary School in East Ham has been awarded Silver Level of the prestigious Global School Awards In recognition of its whole school commitment to creative and Innovative global education.
The Global School Awards celebrate the achievements of schools that do outstanding work in developing and embedding the key value, wide power and impactful benefits of global education. Supporting and celebrating the global dimensions of teaching and learning have always been at the heart of the work of the Global School Alliance so that all students can gain the skills, knowledge and experiences required for living and working in todays globalised world.
Brampton Primary School work includes the Erasmus + Project: ‘We are going on a Park Trail’ and the eTwinning Project ‘Pirates Ahoy’ with our partner school CEIP La Cala in Benidorm, Spain, which have involved educational exchange visits and ‘The Weather Watchers Project’ in collaboration with schools around the world enabled by the Global School Alliance.

On hearing the news that Brampton had achieved Silver Level of the Global School Award, headteacher Paven Kettory said:
‘I was extremely proud of what has been achieved. The award recognises the hard work that allows our children to have greater opportunities, to apply their learning as well as exploring the world as global citizens.’
